SHIPPING POLICY

Please keep in mind that estimated shipping times apply to orders once we ship them and not once the order is placed. Processing time of your order can take anywhere from (3-4) business days to fully complete your order accurately and this is seperate from the shipping process of all orders.

Orders placed on the weekend, holidays, or when AV Fashion's is closed will start the ordering process on the following business day. We're closed on Saturday and Sunday no orders are processed at all during this time.

Once your payment has cleared with our financial institution we will begin the shipping process. Remember every financial institution process of releasing funds may differ. We have no control over when funds are released to us.

Average time of arrival for orders can take between (3-5) business days from the date your items are shipped. Sometimes shipping may take longer then the (3-5) business days. You may receive some items in separate shipments, but please know your only charged one shipping fee. This policy applies to all cash app orders as well.

We will keep you updated if there is any foreseen delay. We can't refund orders that have already been shipped. 

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your shipment within the correct time frame please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Please note that we need an physical address not a (p.o. box) to deliver your package(s).

We do not take responsibility for the incorrect information. If the package is returned non-deliverable. We will issue a store credit for the net price of your item(s) minus the shipping charge if applied to your order.

If your package state delivered and you can't find it we suggest you check with neighbors, family member, room mates, building security and etc.

We can not be held responsible for anything shipped in good faith and stated delivered to the customer. 

​Shipping fees are non-refundable no exceptions.
